We are an independent ultimate frisbee team open to girls and boys in the 2nd-8th grade living in Falmouth, Maine.

We have no official affiliation with the Falmouth Middle School or the Falmouth Rec. Department (though we’re big fans of both!).

High release forehand throws in action

The high release forehand throw is one of the more difficult throws to master in ultimate but is super effective in a lot of game situations. Here are some good examples:
