It’s a nice day out for a run, at least until later this afternoon. If you can get out before the rain comes down, make sure to jog for 20 minutes, using Playlist 8 if you have access to music. Then home for 100 backhands, 100 forehands, 50 scoobers, and 50 backhands. Then it’s inside for video time!

Today we’re going to start practicing spinning the disc! It makes your fingers and hands strong and is a great and easy way to use time sitting around. Start with spinning it with your middle finger and then try the other fingers. Both hands too! It’s fine to double up fingers if needed.
I may be a bit biased here, but man oh man, do we play a cool sport.

This is a picture of the annual varsity vs. alumni ultimate game that takes place in the parking lot at Columbia High School in Maplewood, New Jersey, where the first game of ultimate was played back in 1968.
