Please note: NO player will EVER be turned away for financial reasons. Scholarship funds are available for any families unable to cover the team fee. If you are in need of financial assistance, please indicate so on the player/parent form.
Intramural Team Registration: The cost to play on the 2021 intramural team is $75. Each player gets a 175-gram Discraft disc as part of their registration as well as a smaller 145-gram disc.
There is no deadline to sign up!
The Intramural Team season will start at the beginning of May and will run through the first week or so in June. Intramural practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will run from 5:30-7:00pm and will be held at the Falmouth Community Park starting Thursday, May 6th.
This form is for all Intramural players in grades 2-8.
1) Fill out the Intramural player/parent form.
2) Pay $75 team registration fee.*
3) Fill out the Medical Authorization and USA Ultimate Waiver forms (PDFs) and have your player bring them into practice.
All done!
