Virtual Preseason- Spinning the disc!

Today we’re going to start practicing spinningย  the disc! It makes your fingers and hands strong and is a great and easy way to use time sitting around. Start with spinning it with your middle finger and then try the other fingers. Both hands too! It’s fine to double up fingers if needed.

A Virtual Preseason!

Since everyone is at home right now, I thought it’d be a good idea to kick off our virtual preseason early, so I shot this video with some things that you can do to get better at ultimate while you are by yourself; you just need a disc! In this video I mention team runs- I just wanted to be clear about that- we are NOT going to be running together as a team through April, but we will be scheduling times where everyone goes out individually for a jog while listening to the same playlist.

2019 Beach Nationals
