We have a new weather policy this year:
We will play and practice in most weather. There will be no weather cancellations except for lightning or thunder or when field conditions warrant it.
The spring weather can get cold and wet and it’s really important that we all dress for the conditions. Players need to show up to stormy games in gear appropriate for the weather.
When it rains, they need to be wearing rain coats. If it’s cold and rainy, players need to be wearing rain coats with warm layers underneath as well as hats and gloves. Tight leggings and warmer socks would be a smart choice.
There are few things are miserable as playing ultimate frisbee in bad weather when you’re not prepared for the conditions. Please help our players have as fun a season as possible by making sure they’re dressed properly.
