We’re playing in our first tournament of the year this Saturday at the Cumberland Fairgrounds. The Cumberland Invite is thrown every year by our friends at Cumberland MS Ultimate and is a fun day filled with three games played back-to-back. We’re playing games against two teams from Maine Coast Waldorf as well as against Cape Elizabeth. Beyond that, there will also be teams from South Portland, Portland, Greely, and Scarborough there playing on Saturday.
Our first game is at 9am but please plan on arriving at the Fairgrounds at 8:30 to get ready and warm up. Our last game ends at 1:15am.

Our schedule for Saturday is:
Game 1: 9-10:15 against Maine Coast Waldorf (1) on Field 1
Game 2: 10:30-11:45 against Cape Elizabeth (1) on Field 2
Game 3: 12:00-1:15 against Maine Coast Waldorf (2) on Field 4
Players should plan on bringing cleats, two water bottles, a disc, sunscreen, snacks for the day, and warm clothes for between games and on the sidelines. The weather looks to be nice on Saturday with cloudy, but dry skies, and temperatures in the mid 50s. Fold-up chairs or blankets are nice to sit on when cleating up.
Please be careful while crossing the racetrack onto the fields in Cumberland. If the horses are running, they have right of way 100% of the time. Always look up both ways before crossing in Cumberland.
Three games are a lot of ultimate to play in one stretch, so players should get a good night sleep on Friday night and eat a healthy breakfast on game day.
