We’ll be setting out on our individual team runs at 3pm- the weather is a little grey but not too bad if you dress with a layer or two! We are running to Playlist 4 today! Remember- only jog by yourself or with a member of your household.
After your run, back home to throw with a parent or sibling or other member of your household- 100 forehands, 100 backhands, 50 scoobers, and 50 hammers. Then it’s a minute of spinning the disc with each hand.
